Our take on the Italian classic is crafted from pork shoulder rubbed with garlic, coriander, and black pepper, then cured for two months. Rich, tender, and full of flavour, our Capocollo is delicious on a sandwich, on a charcuterie board, or on its own, and pairs beautifully with cheeses, olives, or a glass of wine. This is a case of 8 2.5-oz packages of sliced Capocollo. These are vacuum-sealed and shelf-stable. Store long-term in refrigeration to maintain the best quality. 6-8 Months of shelf life
