At Life is Gouda and Gouda Graze Goods, we carefully package each order to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. During holidays, special promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
Custom, personalized, and event orders may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Perishable Products
Certain food and charcuterie-related items may not be available for shipping or may only be shipped to approved locations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable shipments upon delivery.
Life is Gouda is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from packages left outside, unattended deliveries, delivery delays by the carrier, or improper storage after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted or refunded due to address errors.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim using your tracking information.
Life is Gouda may assist with claim documentation when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value orders.
Orders declined for shipping insurance are shipped at the customer's risk.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products and curated specialty goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays, carrier issues, weather-related delays, missed deliveries, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
